초진환자 진료접수 방법

다음 표는 구분, 접수방법 등으로 구성되어 있는 초진환자 진료접수 방법 안내 입니다.

Item Reception
Health Insurance

Patients with health insurance must submit the medical treatment request received from a clinic or a hospital to the hospital administration upon registration. Note, however, that medical care may be provided without a medical treatment request for the following patients:

  • - Childbirth
  • - Emergency
  • - Bleeding Patient
  • - Dental Patient
  • - Dialysis
  • - For rehabilitation and dental patents to qualify, they must be disabled in accordance with the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act or must be in need of work-related rehabilitation or sports rehabilitation
Medical Aid

Patients on medical aid must submit the medical treatment request received from a general hospital (secondary medical institute) to the hospital administration upon registration to receive medical aid benefits. Note, however, that medical care may be provided without a medical treatment request for the following patients:

  • - Emergency patient in accordance with Section 1, Article 2 of the Emergency Medical Service Act
  • - Childbirth
  • - In accordance with Clause 1 LA, Section 2, Article 3, patients seeking medical aid due to rare and intractable disease designated by the Minister of Health and Welfare
  • - Employees of secondary and tertiary medical aid institutions who wish to receive medical aid from their corresponding workplace
  • - Legally disabled persons who wish to receive their security in accordance with Article 32 of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities.
  • - Patients seeking medical aid due to urgent reasons such as spread of infectious disease as designated and announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare
Auto Insurance

Patients with auto insurance must confirm with the hospital administration that the certificate of payment has been received by Chonnam National University Hospital from their corresponding Property insurance carriers before registration.

※ If you have a medical image record: Register and submit at the Radiology Department in Wing 1 - 2FL.

재진환자 진료접수 방법

다음 표는 구분, 접수방법 등으로 구성되어 있는 재진환자 진료접수 방법 안내 입니다.

Item Reception
Returning patient with no appointment Register and pay at the hospital administration and register with the corresponding department with receipt.
Those with expired appointments must register again.
Returning patient with appointment On the day of appointment, register at the hospital administration and submit the receipt to the corresponding department of care.
After your appointment, check the payment information (prescription) and next appointment date for revisit.

Payment

  • Automatic Bank Transfer
    Automatic bank transfer offers a convenient payment system with no waiting period since the medical fee will automatically be withdrawn from a checking account designated by a patient or a guardian.
    • Register : Hospital Administration window at Wing 1 – 1FL, Gwangju Bank, Nonghyup
    • Required Documents : Identification, health insurance card, corresponding bankbook
    • Hours of Operation : Weekdays 09:00~18:00

  • Automated Payment Machine
    The automated payment machine offers convenient service with no waiting period.
    • Location : In front of Hospital Administration at Wing 1 – 1FL (3 units) / In front of the Medical Record Room at Wing 1 – 1FL (1 unit) / Elevator at Wing 1 – 2FL (3 units) / Hospital Administration at Wing 2 – 1FL (1 unit)/ Hospital Administration at Wing 6 – 1FL (1 unit) / Hospital Administration at Wing 7 – 1FL (1 unit)
    • Operation Hours : 08:00 ~ 17:00 (08:00 ~ 09:00 Use checking/credit cards only)
  • Credit Card Payment
    The medical fee can be paid with credit card at all windows including the emergency room.
  • Hi-Pass
    Hi-Pass is a payment service wherein a patient or a guardian registers with the hospital a credit card that will be charged the full amount once all services and examinations are concluded on the same day.

    [Information]

    1. 1. Patients with Hi-Pass (pay as you leave) can receive medical care and examination without paying in advance.
    2. 2. Visit the payment window only once after completion of your care for payment.
    3. 3. If you went home without stopping at the payment window for any reason, Chonnam National University Hospital will charge the full amount on the registered credit card and send the receipt via text.
    4. 4. The registered credit card is not used for purposes other than to pay the medical cost incurred at Chonnam National University Hospital.
